Our Botanist bistro is perfect for casual dining on any evening. Our head chef, changes the menu every season using the best in-season produce available from our local suppliers. We offer both classic favourites and more creative dishes. If you are celebrating a birthday, an engagement, a wedding anniversary or a family occasion we have a number of private dining rooms and promise to make the event special for you. On sunny days, you can dine on our terrace overlooking the garden.

The head Chef of Keavil House Hotel manages the kitchen team of our Botanist bistro. He brings a wealth of experience to the cooking at Keavil House Hotel and has been serving up award-winning dishes for over 20 years. He cooks with fresh local produce from Fife and Scotland and believes few places have a better natural larder than the farms, hills, seas, and rivers of Scotland.
Our bistro menus are inspired by his belief that when dining out, you should experience food that you don’t cook in your own home and that you should leave feeling satisfied.
The Botanist bistro is perfect for all types of celebrations and occasions. You can reserve a table for two for an anniversary or special occasion or you can reserve one of our private dining rooms for family & friends to celebrate birthdays, christenings, wedding anniversaries and retirements.
