As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house team and elevate the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the reception team to deliver outstanding service
  • Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
  • Manage staff rotas, training, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records using hotel management systems.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with health & safety policies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a front office or reception management role within a 4-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Proficient in hotel software and Microsoft Office
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
