As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house team and elevate the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the reception team to deliver outstanding service
- Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Manage staff rotas, training, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records using hotel management systems.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with health & safety policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a front office or reception management role within a 4-star hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Proficient in hotel software and Microsoft Office
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
