Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Therapist to join our spa team. You’ll deliver exceptional treatments and create memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body therapies
- Conduct consultations to tailor treatments to individual guest needs
- Maintain a clean, calming, and well-stocked treatment environment
- Promote spa products and services to enhance guest wellbeing
- Collaborate with the spa team to uphold service excellence
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa or hotel environment
- Warm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Passion for wellness and customer care
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
